• Reconstruction of a building complex from the 70's into a shopping centre
• Spectacular construction in the area of the high-rise buildings
• Reconstruction despite missing as-built documentation
• Laying of reinforced structural elements and staircases including new foundations and foundation reinforcement
• Installation of large ceiling openings and 2-storey gallery areas
• Structural fire protection was economically redesigned and upgraded
• Building extension with 16m wide clear span ceilings
• Renovation of the complete underground car park
• 2000m² enclosed steel construction on the roof
