In November 2020 the administrative court Münster could return to its original setting in Piusallee. The building had been energetically refurbished and modernized from the ground up. After two years the construction time could be concluded as planned.
Special features in the structural planning were:

- Extensive rennovation of the fassade and energetic refurbishment
- Concrete refurbishment of the existing structure from the 1960th
- Planning of the fassade and entrance
- Replacement measures of the existing structure and canteen annex
