Opening of the Nordoberpfalz Center "noc" in Weiden

After 3 years of construction, the shopping centre "noc" in Weiden was opened on 26.09.2019.

The investor FONDARA from Munich has built a shopping centre with 55 shops covering 18,000 m² and a multi-storey car park made of
composite steel structure with 480 parking spaces in the inner-city area of Weiden. Structural designing and complete shoring
work for the excavation pit has been provided by ahw Ingenieure GmbH. Due to the special location of the two buildings in the
inner-city, the connection between the two has been resolved by installing a 30 m long pedestrian bridge on the first floor.
