Opening Innovation Centre Bielefeld

The Innovation Centre in Bielefeld was inaugurated on July 17th 2019 in bright sunshine. The building complex with an area of approx. 8,200 square metres comprises mainly office and laboratory rooms, workshops and conference rooms.
The main tenant is the University of Bielefeld, which has rented more than half of the Innovation Centre.
The first medical students are to begin their studies in the main building in the winter semester 2012/22. The remaining space will be occupied by eight start-ups and small to medium-sized, already established companies.
