On November 9th 2017 the groundbreaking ceremony for the new building called "Trion" took place in Berlin.
The new building is built on the last free property at Leipziger Platz. The F100 Investment AG, a property company of A.G. for investments in Luxembourg invest 40 Mio. €.
According to plans by the architects office "léonwohlhage Gesellschaft von Architekten", the new building will be ten storeys high.
