In December 2015 ahw Ingenieure GmbH placed first at the VOF procedure "Neubau Clay-Oberschule in Berlin-Neukölln".
The building with a construction volume of about 40 Mio. EUR is planned by the office Staab Architekten in Berlin. Start of construction is set in the beginning of 2018.
