Topping-out ceremony Fachhochschule Bielefeld on the Campus Minden

On July 4th 2014 the topping-out ceremony of the Fachhochschule Bielefeld on the Campus Minden was celebrated in sunny weather.
The building will acccommodate the canteen, the library, Working rooms and offices. Completion is set in 2015.
